Each cocoon comes with a biodegradable bag, natural adornments of your choice PLUS a packet of wildflower seeds all tied with natural twine to secure your cocoon.

The Placenta Cocoon also comes with a white plastic bag for safe travel home (removable before burial).

The Angel Baby Cocoon includes a cotton knitted blanket.

The Little Lovelies only include a biodegradable bag.

Yes, you can choose any two of the following: Polished Paua (abalone) pieces, Whole small Paua shell, Wooden Hearts or Butterflys, handcrafted Flax Flowers or natural feathers or leave it up to us to create for you.

Each cocoon is handcrafted and bespoke, when we receive your order and process your payment I will start designing and creating it. Usually it takes up 2-3 weeks (weather dependant) to design and create an up to 10 days for postage. If shipping is international, please allow longer.

We are earth friendly so will try and use recycled packaging when possible. Costs vary throughout New Zealand and Internationally. Please contact Janine at info@earthfriendlycocoons.co.nz for costs. Or arrangements can be made to pick up if you or someone you know lives in Napier, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Once payment has cleared we will start designing and creating your cocoon.
